Perinatal Therapy

Ellen specializes in perinatal therapy which includes grief and loss, fertility challenges, pregnancy challenges, traumatic birth experiences, post partum mental health, relationship challenges, and adjusting to their new identity as a parent.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

This an evidenced based treatment that was to designed to treat trauma but now treats many disorders including anxiety, phobias, performance anxiety (sports, presentations, etc.), depression, OCD, ADHD, grief and loss, panic attacks and so much more. Therapy sessions are typically 53-60 minutes long and can be done in person or virtually. Look Up Counseling provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy to people 12 years and older. The provider and client will work together to determine the frequency and length of sessions that fits the client's needs.

Diagnostic Assessments

Therapy

The first appointment in therapy is usually scheduled as a diagnostic assessment. This session is dedicated to gaining information regarding your unique needs and strengths to determine the best direction of treatment. It is also used for clients to get to know their provider and feel out if services at Look Up Counseling is the right fit for them.
